The Pub at Monte Carlo
The Pub at Monte Carlo invites guests to enjoy pub-style food offerings while tasting sought-after brews at the 2014 Gus’ Beer & Bites dinner series. During each monthly beer pairing dinner, Executive Chef Damis Irizzary and a representative from a featured brewery guide guests through a five-course menu, complete with beer pairings, creating a fun evening. Dinner begins with a reception where carefully paired hors d’oeuvres complement the evening’s first beer selection. Guests are then escorted to their seats and presented a second craft brew selection as the seated portion of the culinary experience commences. At the beginning of each course, diners will be given culinary insight to their dish an the intricate flavor notes of the paired beer.
Gus’ Beer & Bites dinner events are held one Wednesday per month at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $64.05 per person all-inclusive and may be purchased on Monte Carlo’s website or by calling The Pub at 702-730-7421. Guests must be 21 and older to attend.
