During the entire month of August The Westin Resort & Spa, Los Cabos is celebrating the fruit of the season — the mango. Executive Chef Manuel Peruyero has created new limited-time menu items for the resort’s four-star diamond award-winning Arrecifes Restaurant. The eatery's month-long mango menu features both healthful and hearty options including a Parrot Fish Taco made baja style with mango-tomatillo relish and habanero-mango sauce, Pacific Lobster ceviche with mango chips, rack of lamb with mango-potato gratin and mint-jalapeño-mango marmalade, plus a series of mango infused desserts and cocktails to indulge in.
