La Valencia Hotel, La Jolla
In 2015, La Valencia Hotel will host the Dine & Wine Series once a month on Tuesday evenings to commemorate the hotel’s eight decades of wine curation and its signature wine vault. Each five-course dinner will pair some of the world’s most sought-after wines with seasonal dishes crafted cuisine of the hotel’s award-winning Executive Chef, James Montejano, insights from the featured winemakers and vintners, and wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean.
Each dinner is priced at $95 per person and includes dinner and wine pairing.
