The La Rochelle Marathon is among the most important in France. First staged in 1991, it attracts over 5000 participants each year. Runners depart from two different sites: the quai Maubec and the quai Louis Prunier. The 19th edition will be run on an identical course and will include all the features introduced in previous years, - each finisher will receive one of our famous windcheater running jackets (redesigned each year), a medal, a basket of 2 dozen oysters and for the ladies, a rose.
