The French Open, one of the four tennis Grand Slams, is one of France's biggest sporting events. For two weeks the world's best battle it out on Roland Garros' clay courts - watching matches live is the ultimate fashion statement!
Demand is sky high and it's advisable to book well in advance for a decent seat (buy your tickets from the French Open website). Leftover tickets can be bought at the stadium two weeks before the games start.
It's cheaper to go and watch the unseeded players on the smaller courts - you'll still get a flavour of the event and you could be seeing the stars of the future. DIRECTIONS: By Métro: to Porte de Sainte-Cloud, Michel-Ange-Molitor or Michel-Ange-Auteuil.
