Five of the Most Popular Places to Hang Out With a Celebrity in South Beach

The tropical sun and never-ending nightlife might just be two of the reasons celebrities spend so much time in Miami. Some stars choose to call Miami home, some visit for months at a time while filming their reality TV shows (à la The Kardashians and Jersey Shore), and some visit the tropical paradise for a couple days to soak up the sun. While you might encounter a star or two shopping for home décor at Fendi Casa in South Beach, these five places just about guarantee a glitterati sighting (other than The Biebs, of course).

Soho Beach House
Even though a certain royal redhead was spotted sitting poolside at the Soho Beach House earlier this month, it was hardly news. The members-only club is frequented by many celebs such as Paris Hilton, Martha Stewart and Naomi Campbell. The hotel and spa overlooks its own private beach and has 50 guest rooms, two pools and an expansive spa and gym. Not a member? The property’s restaurant, Cecconi’s, is open to the public, giving you the opportunity to dine with the beautiful.

American Airlines Arena
Okay, we know the American Airlines Arena is not technically in South Beach, but it's only about a ten minute drive and it packs some serious celebrity heat (pun completely intended). While Miami Heat’s Big Three has enough celeb-power to be worth a game ticket, many other stars flock courtside as well. Rihanna, Zac Effron, Diddy and Marc Anthony have all been spotted at the games. Since the Heat seem to be on fire (the puns are really just too easy here) in this year’s NBA playoffs — hoping for a three-peat championship — we’re sure more celebs will be getting in on the action.

A departure from the conventional chain steakhouse, Prime 112, located in the historic Browns Hotel, has an innovative menu and high-energy environment. Its dishes like the Truffled Lobster Mac and Cheese, Kobe Beef Sliders and of course the various steaks that keep VIP guests like Reggie Bush, Khloe Kardashian and Terrell Owens stopping by.

LIV at Fountainebleau
LIV nightclub at Fontainebleau is one of Miami’s hottest nightclubs. The venue hosts celebrity birthday parties, live musical performances, and has regular appearances from some of the world’s most popular DJs like Steve Aoki and Calvin Harris. Guests include Drake, Paris Hilton, Hayden Panettiere, Chace Crawford, Kevin Connolly, Lebron James and Pharrell. Honestly, if we listed every celeb that frequents the club, we’d be here until the last call.

Celebrities like Vince Vaughn, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson cherish the tranquility of Casa Tua. The cozy but luxurious hotel and drool-worthy restaurant offer celebs a safe-haven from paparazzi. Besides being a star-favorite, the hotel's authentic Italian restaurant is reason enough to visit.
