The Wi-Fi plus cellular version of the iPad mini starts at $459 for the 16GB, with the 32GB setting you back $559, and the 64GB coming in at $659. Its full-sized Retina display cousin costs between $629 and $829 for Wi-Fi + cellular, all available from AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.
