There is a 128-square-foot property for sale in Hong Kong that costs $640,000!  It is neither a micro oil well nor a gold mine. This special place is a parking spot in a parking garage in Hong Kong. Well, it is close to an elevator. It is big business in Hong Kong, as there is a company that sells parking spaces only. 

The CEO of the firm says that he owns this and one other spot that combined are worth $1.3 million. Ten of the 11 world’s most expensive parking spaces are above $600 per month.  Melbourne, which is at the bottom of the pile, comes in at $598 per month. 

"I think this is the best car park space I ever had," said the CEO of Gale Well Group, a property firm that owns hundreds of residential and commercial spaces across the city. "You can go straight to the office and the elevator. Only 20 steps -- 20 steps!"
