Let’s talk about a real moving star!  

One of Hollywood’s most famous cars, the iconic Batmobile of the campy Batman TV series of 1960s, will be sold at the Barrett-Jackson’s Scottsdale auction of classic and vintage in January. The Cape Crusaders’ vehicle, a 1955 Futura concept car, was morphed into the Batmobile in 15 days for $15,000 in 1965.   

The car houses a 390-cubic-inch V8 with a B&M hydro-automatic transmission. Gadgets—which we assume are disabled—include the nose-mounted cable-cutter blade, Bat Ray projector, Batscope, police band cut-in switch and many more.
