The luster is off of Apple, as the high-tech giant received another reminder that it is losing its grip in the evolving smartphone market. The first firm to put some brains into the smartphone is losing its edge (and market share).
The latest blow comes from Consumer Reports magazine. It recently rated the iphone 5 as the worst of the top smartphones. Well, at least it is still among the top devices.
