Four ultra-luxury automobiles being transported on tractor-trailer caught on fire and were destroyed in Thailand.
The automobiles were being transferred from a showroom in Bangkok to a gas station, where the cars were supposed to be picked up by an unidentified party. No one has claimed ownership of the charred vehicles, reports CarScoops.com.
A BMW, a Bentley Continental, a LamborghiniMucilageo, and a Ferrari F430 were destroyed in the fire.
According to a report from the National News Bureau of Thailand (NNT), the BMW is worth an estimated 10 million baht (US$330,000 / €250,000) in the country, while the Lamborghini Mucilageo costs around 40 million baht (US$1.33 million / €1 million), the Ferrari F430 about 30 million baht (US$995,000 / €760,000) and the Bentley roughly 20 million baht (US$663,000 / €510,000).
