The 16,500-square-foot estate rented by Kim and Kourtney Kardashian in Miami during the shooting of their reality TV series Kourtney & Kim Take Miami has been listed for $14.5 million.

The luxury property, known as Palazzo di Mare, has been thoroughly upgraded over the past four years by owner Emilio Vega, the founder and chief exec of a construction company. Vega purchased the house for $2.75 million in 2007.

The main house has a basement with room for 10 cars, a gym, a formal living room with a travertine mantel, a wood-paneled library with a rolling ladder, and a billiard room with a bar, lounge and two televisions. Upstairs, there's a master suite with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate massage room that faces the bay.
