Who needs a gym or equipment to work out?
Discovering new and different ways to exercise is a good way to keep to stay on an exercise program. The Today’s show Jenna Wolfe has come up with some work-out regimens that can be done at home watching TV, at the office from behind a desk, on the road in a hotel room, and in a traditional gym.
