Maybe there is no crying in baseball, but thanks to Kate, there is sex appeal.
Kate Upton is first SI bikini model to appear on the cover of a non-swimming issue of SI, the Business Insider reports.
Why is Kate Upton on the cover of an issue about the kick-off the playoffs for Major League Baseball? Why not?
Is it necessary to state that her appeal is ubiquitous and that the magazine thought it would be a no-brainer to boost sales of this issue by cashing in on it? Could it be that the world just cannot get enough of the curvaceous woman the fashion industry ostracizes for not being a size-zero?
Kate Upton is posing with the Atlanta Brave’s slugging brothers, Justin and BJ Upton, because all three on the cover have the same surname. Kate Upton is on the cover because she is the real-live girlfriend of the Detroit Tigers’ star pitcher Justin Verlander.
Is a good reason really necessary to justify why? We tried to pich several reasons and stuck out mightily. (Oh, well!)
