Ever since Janet Jackson’s breast made an impromptu appearance at Super Bowl XXXVIII, the term “wardrobe malfunction” has become commonplace. It seems that every red-carpet event has at least one sighting.

The latest episode involves pop goddess Lady Gaga and her Versace-designed spandex tights, which split during a live performance on stage at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada, last Friday.

 It was not a hair-raising event … but it was close! 

 During a performance of “Heavy Metal Lover," Gaga hopped onto a motorcycle for part of her routine, causing her Versace pants split and exposed her bare derriere.
