The concept may be appearing in showrooms by in a year from now. Lincoln is targeting its MKC concept toward young upscale customers, according to a report from Auto News. While the market is small one today, it is expected to grow substantially.
So Lincoln is trying to choose its spots carefully, aiming for the largest luxury segments and those with the most growth potential, rather than trying to cover the entire waterfront. That means no niche or halo vehicles at the fringes.
