Luxury automaker Mercedes-Benz is looking internally to improve on the buyer’s experience in dealing with the luxury carmaker, reports Automotive News.
The company wants all employees at its dealerships to be “highly engaged” with the products they represent. To achieve this, MBZ will be working closely with its 359 dealerships in the U.S, according to Steve Canon, CEO, of Mercedes-Benz USA.
"We found that 63 percent of the employees inside our stores are highly engaged. That's pretty good. But it also means that 37 percent of the people who engage our customers every day are either not engaged or in some cases actively undermining their stores. That is not acceptable."
