While it took a stunt driver to do the daredevil maneuver, a Mini Cooper Countryman completed a back flip. It was the first time ever the stunt has been done successfully, reports the Telegraph.
Driver Guerlain Chicherit drove the vehicle up a static ramp, launched the car into the air, and flipped it successfully before it landed safely on a bank of snow. Mini also claimed that the jump was unassisted, meaning that no special ramps were used to give the car a boast. Check out the video.
A team from Red Bull attempted a similar feat in 2008 but failed to make a clean landing.
