Christmas was not such a merry viewing occasion for customers of Netflix that experienced outages while streaming video on Christmas Day. Users of the service were unable to stream movies and TV shows from all devices on Monday.
As reported by PCWorld.com, Netflix said that the situation was caused by problems with Amazon’s online computing platform and that it worked hard with Amazon to resolve the problem.
AWS is Amazon’s cloud platform, which charges websites and service providers for using its software and data centers to run their databases and online applications.
