There are a numerous number of people who suffer from many kinds of aches and pains on a daily basis such as: headaches, back pains, muscle pains, and sore throats. One of the foods they suggest eating is ginger, which helps with unsettled stomachs, the common cold, and sore muscles. The second one is Salmon, which is known to help ease the pain of rheumatoid arthritis. The third food is coffee, about 16 ounces of brewed coffee helps provide relief with headaches, including migraines. Lastly, sage helps with scratchy sore throats it is stated to add some of this to a cup of tea and the sage will help with your sore throat.
