The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua is raising the bar on its fitness and wellness initiatives to kick start hotel-wide programs that will promote health and fitness awareness.
The R-C Kapula is bringing in its own fitness team in for a four-day workshop themed E Mama Kou Kino, which translates to Care for Your Body workshops. The fitness-centric program will be available to both guests and non-guests.
The hotel has partnered with Beth Shaw and her YogiFit team to develop workout sessions and interactive seminars for participants. The team includes counseling in dieting, strength and conditioning. The roster includes a Tai Chi coach and a TogaGlo (a what?) instructor as well.
The E Mama Kou Kino (fitness) workshops at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua will run from October 31 through November 3.
