The Galaxy Note 8.0  was introduced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, reports Quartz.

So, is it a tablet computer that also has a smartphone in it, or is smartphone that also contains a tablet computer? Either way, the new Galaxy Note 8, with its 8-inch screen, the world’s largest smartphone is product with a following. It is two products in one, which is a good thing, especially when one device is capable of doing the work of two.

 One recent survey by T-Mobile indicated that 77% of consumers would prefer smartphones with screens larger than the one found on the iPhone 5. In a world in which staring at our phones has become a global pastime, some consumers like having the biggest, flashiest “phone” in the room.
