While the market for “average-priced” real estate remains lukewarm to average, sales of higher-end properties continue to do well domestically and globally.
The trend holds true for deluxe single-family residences in the Boston area, as the sales and marketing representatives for 45 Province, an upscale condo project in Boston, announced that it has sold two of its condos for more than $4 million each.
Boston-based brokerage RESIS is the exclusive sales and marketing reps for 45 Province. A spokesman for the firm indicated that it already closed on five residences that sold for more than $3 million to date. The $4.1-million sale is the highest priced property sold at the project by RESIS.
