The seventh-generation, 2014 Corvette, with its new looks and 21st century technology is expected to get a ton of attention at the 2013 North American International Auto Show, a.k.a. as the Detroit Auto Show.
The new Corvette is 10 percent lighter and has direct-injection technology that significantly boosts fuel-efficiency. Chevrolet has created a lot of buzz around the sports car’s debut, according to a report posted by the Detroit News.
The instantly recognizable 'Vette has more sharply creased character lines and dramatically peaked front fenders. Sills and spoilers flare further. Louvers and scoops abound — but designers eschewed the jet-fighter look, instead updating the recent tradition of a sly grin on the 'Vette's face.
