Samsung will introduce its smartwatch to the market next week, ABC News reports.
The South Korean-based consumer-electronics manufacturer will show off its Galaxy Gear smartwatch, in Berlin, at the IFA technology tradeshow on September 4. Additionally, the firm will debut its Galaxy Note III pen-equipped, big-screen phone.
There will be some new features on the smartwatch, according to Samsung’s executive team. The marketing campaign behind the electronic gadgetry has piqued the curiosity of both consumers and competitors over the past few weeks with its planned leaks to the media.
"The Gear won't have a flexible display. The new device will enhance and enrich the current smart mobile experience in many ways," Lee told the Korea Times.
