When this story from Health.com, “10 best workouts for your sex life” came in, it piqued our curiosity. It was not perfectly clear whether it was meant for men, women, or both. While men may benefit from the end results of these 10 exercise programs, we feel safe in saying that these workouts were designed for women only.
While naked yoga, salsa dancing, hula-hooping, and aerial aerobics could be co-ed workouts, pole dancing, strip aerobics, and belly-dancing led us to our conclusion on this post from Fox News.
