Fight … fight  ... fight … fight!

Tesla Motors has obtained a license to sell cars in the Boston suburb, Natick, according to a report by Automotive News.  The approval comes after months of opposition from the Massachusetts State Automobile Dealers Association. The approval is conditional. The animosity is real.

The association and some dealers are suing Tesla. They say Tesla's stores violate the state's licensing, consumer protection and franchise laws. Massachusetts prohibits factory ownership of dealerships.
