The former TWA Hub at JFK International Airport, a building shuttered for more than 10 years, is going to be transformed in to a luxury hotel.
The building originally designed by Finnish architect Eero Saarinen was completed in 1962. It was reported by New York 1 that the new hotel will be retrofitted to reflect is roots when it opened more than 60 years ago.
No information on a completion date or the cost of the massive project was provided.
