The first upscale Wyndham Hotel opened in Turkey in December, according to recent report from Hotel News Resource. The five-floor, five-star hotel has 210 guestrooms and is located on the Asian Coast of Istanbul.
The new luxury hotel is centrally located to various local attractions, such asBeylerbeyi Palace, Camlica Hill and Maiden’s Tower. It also is within walking distance to Bagdat Street, which is among the city’s most popular streets for premium-shopping locations.
“Turkey is a vibrant country that plays a key role in our strategic plan to expand Wyndham Hotel Group’s portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and better serve lodging needs in major markets,” said Rui Barros, Wyndham Hotel Group’s senior vice president and managing director, EMEA.
