Luxury real estate in Monaco increased by two percent in the fourth quarter 2012 in a year-over-year analysis to 2011. Hong Kong, London, Geneva, and Paris round out the top five markets. The report also cited that the number of individuals worth a minimum of $30 million rose by five percent in 2012.
Luxury real estate prices there increased 2 percent year over year. Prices in 2012 jumped the most in Indonesia, where they increased 38 percent in Jakarta and 20 percent in Bali [compared to 2011].
