Lynsi Torres, 30, is the owner and president of the In-N-Out burger chain. Ms.  Torres has been the president of the company since she was 17 years old.  Her  ’ grandfather, Harry Snyder, started the high-quality chain in 1948., The privately owned company,which was California’s first drive-throughrestaurant, has locations in five states.

The chain's fans include fellow billionaire Warren Buffett, who, according to a story on the UCLA Anderson School of Business website, told a group of Anderson students in 2005 that he'd like to own the chain.
