The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island residents) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entries may be submitted at http://www.justluxe.com/promotions/18/index.php. All entries must be received between 12:01 AM PST on November 17, 2010 and 11:59 PM on December 31, 2010. Limit one (1) entry per person per household; duplicate entries for a single individual will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an e-mail address is the natural person in whose name the e-mail address has been issued. Employees of (i) JustLuxe.com, or its affiliated companies, or (ii) any entity directly connected with the development, implementation or marketing of this promotion, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or around January 15, 2011 in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received. Winner will be notified via e-mail only on or around January 15, 2011 at the e-mail address provided on the entry form and will have ten (10) days from the date they are notified to accept the prize and confirm availability to travel to Venice on specified dates. Winner will also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize within three (3) days of award notification . Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of the prize. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not properly respond within ten (10) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to two (2) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.

If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Prize includes accommodations for two (2) adults for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Luna Baglioni Hotel in Venice, Italy; and roundtrip airfare for two (2) adults from major airport closest to winner's home to Venice, Italy, as determined by Sponsor. Total Actual Retail Value (ARV) of prize is approximately $4,000.00. The winner’s travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including valid passports, if and as applicable. Sponsor reserves the right to make any necessary changes to air transportation tickets for both direct and indirect flights. Air transportation is non-refundable/non-transferable and is not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles.. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. If the closest airport to a prize winner’s home is in close enough proximity to prize destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such prize winner will receive alternate transportation from the Sponsor with no further obligation to the winner. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. The winner’s travel companion must sign and return a release of liability and publicity consent agreement prior to ticketing of the prize. Travel must take place on dates designated by Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize winner will receive entrance for two (2) to the legendary Doges Palace, Correr Museum, Archaeological Museum and Venice National Library; two (2) tickets to the famous Peggy Guggenheim Collection on the Grand Canal; lunch or dinner for two (2) at a renowned restaurant; morning buffet breakfast at Luna Baglioni Hotel; and upgrade on arrival upon hotel’s availability. This prize is not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash by winner. JustLuxe.com and its Marketing Affiliates reserve the right to substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, of equal or greater value should an offered prize, or any portion thereof, become unavailable for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes on total prize value, as well as meals, air or ground transportation and miscellaneous hotel charges (including mini-bar, movies, telephone call, Internet cost and gratuities) and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize are the Winner's sole responsibility to pay.

Any expense not specified in these Official Rules is the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Winner must provide Sponsor with preferred travel dates a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to departure. Should Winner's preferred travel dates become unavailable for any reason, Winner may provide Sponsor with alternative preferred travel dates. Any changes to travel dates will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor Package date and blackout dates may vary and include Italian Holidays. Reservations are based on availability. Any expense not specified in these Official Rules is the sole responsibility of the winner. Reservations must be redeemed by January 1, 2012.

Invite-a-Friend Program: After entering the Sweepstakes, participant will be invited to share the promotion with friends via Facebook or Twitter. Participant may only refer persons with whom they have an existing relationship. If an invited friend subsequently registers and wins the Grand prize, the referring participant will win a De'Longhi Gran Dama Avant espresso machine, provided by JustLuxe.com. If more than one participant refers the same friend and that friend wins, the first entrant to refer the grand prize will be deemed the winner.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Winner's name, hometown and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without notice or compensation. By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless JustLuxe.com, the Marketing Affiliates, their respective legal representatives, prize providers, advertisers and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including any injury to computer during the entry process, or any prize won.
