Hapa J's version of this classic Hawaiian dish is made with sashimi grade ahi tuna. This recipe is e Sesame Ahi Poke(Yield 1/2 lb.) 1/2 pound sashimi-grade ahi. cubed 1/8 to 1/4 inch on all sides.
