?Mystery Plays? a one-two punch

One thing?s for sure about Ion Theatre?s season-opener, ?The Mystery Plays.? It?s meant to be the sort of chills-and-thrills horror fest rarely attempted in theater. That the second of the two linked plays succeeds as well as it does is a testament to the directorial skill of Glenn Paris, and the emotionally nuanced acting of Gemma Grey, playing the haunted, only survivor of a brutal family murder.
