Gourmet's Harvest Issue

I love fall. I love the foliage, the return of Brussels sprouts, and warm drinks like hot cocoa and hot toddies. But most of all, I love how everything all of a sudden becomes pumpkin flavored! There can't ever be too much pumpkin. Right? I'm getting my fill in this week's issue of Gourmet. There is a Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake with Buttermilk Icing recipe that I fully intend on making this weekend. The issue also looks at the impact of this year's drought on the fall harvest, how Tabasco is made, and tips for homemade apple cider. But I'm all about the pumpkins.
