We all have our favorite junk foods. I'm mostly a sweets addict with regular chocolate cravings, but pretzels are my salt weakness. The problem with snack food is that it's often not very good for you. Yes, there are the fat and calories to consider, but you also don't always know where your snacks are coming from or what's lurking inside, such as dyes, preservatives, and other unpronounceable and unidentifiable ingredients. Still, it's hard to deny how good those chips or that candy bar taste.
