I'm not gluten-free, but I've certainly had my fair share of gluten-free baked goods (in cooking class we always make a recipe that's gluten-free). But when it comes to baking at home, I never go gluten free. Why? All those special flours drain your wallet and demand extra time. However, I recently tried Kitch and Table's Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, which is g-free. Not only was the box pretty reasonably priced ($4.99), it was incredibly easy to make. All the kit needs is melted butter and eggs. The batter mixes up a bit thick, which made it difficult to evenly transfer from the bowl to the baking pan. It was love at first bite, and I totally forgot they were gluten-free. Do you have a favorite gluten free recipe or baking mix?
