These Cupcake Nuggets, made by Stef of Cupcake Project, are a fast food take on dessert. The "nuggets" are cupcake pieces, breaded in cupcake crumbs and deep fried. Served with three options of raspberry jam, vanilla icing and lemon curd, these cupcake nuggets are a deceptive dessert.
