FAA Approves Life Extensions For Bell 206 Airwolf Tension-Torsion Straps

Operators Can Fly Up To A Year Longer Before Replacement Is Required The FAA has approved a life extension to 36-months/1,200 hours for Airwolf Aerospace's Tension-Torsion (TT) straps for Bell 206 helicopters. TT straps for the Bell 206 Jet Ranger, 206L Long Ranger and OH-58 helicopters, previously had a 24-month/1,200-hour life limit.
