Black Friday shoppers ready to spend

Before the turkey was even cooked, New Yorkers hit popular retail stores - hours before they opened - in a frantic bid to score big on bargains. Outside Best Buy in the Atlantic Terminal Mall in Brooklyn, bargain hunters wrapped in blankets slept on chairs starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday - even though the retailer doesn?t open until midnight Thursday.
