Valley shoppers hit the stores on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday

Shoppers lined up outside stores on Thanksgiving Day to get a head start in the hunt for holiday bargains as the Black Friday shopping extravaganza kicked off earlier than ever across the Valley. Hundreds were in line before Thanksgiving dinner leftovers had even cooled as some big retailers, including Sears, Walmart, Target and Toys "R" Us, opened their doors three or four hours before midnight.
