Graffiti-inspired ?Street? is uneven, but fresh and young

Over the past three years, San Diego?s 10th Avenue Theatre has become an incubator for small troupes that explore the city?s ethnic and cultural communities from the inside out. The latest is fledgling Circle Circle dot dot, a collective of theater artists, musicians and designers who this month profile the lives of San Diego?s graffiti artists in the premiere of ?Street. Art. Prophets.?
