Set in 12 acres of listed grounds, The Lifehouse is a unique building that combines the old with the new, incorporating traditional features of Thorpe Hall, the original Manor House, into its new contemporary design.
The first thing to greet us when we walked into the Hotel was the wonderful smell of the fresh bouquets of flowers in reception and the warm glow from the log fire, a very welcoming start to our stay. We were then met by one of the friendly Wellness Practitioners from the Spa who welcomed us to the Hotel and explained the ethos behind the Lifehouse, the Spa experience here takes a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on the mind, body and spirit to achieve the perfect life-health balance.
