Nina Dobrev

Much like Burke, Nina Dobrev says she balances her holiday indulgences with a lot of yoga and exercise. "It's all about balance. I love to do yoga. I love to indulge and eat yummy things, but then I go to yoga and exercise," she said.

Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Bertinelli's secret to sticking to a healthy diet during the holidays is doing all the cooking herself! The actress says she gets so sick of looking at the food while she's preparing the meal, that she doesn't want to eat it anymore.
