Angus T. Jones' outburst against Two and a Half Men was pretty bad ... but the show has seen a lot worse. That's basically Les Moonves' take on the situation.
The CBS President tells the Wall Street Journal that nothing will ever compare to Charlie Sheen's legendary crusade against the show's creator Chuck Lorre.
"I don?t think [the Angus T. Jones situation has] been quite resolved," he said, "but after what we went through with Charlie Sheen, it?s been a piece of cake."
Moonves says CBS won't fire Young, whom he referred to as ?that kid on Two And A Half Men who?s getting paid $300,000 per episode to talk bad about me.?
Young called Two and a Half Men filth and urged people not to watch it in a bizarre video rant, also noting that he's on the show and even he hates the show.
The 19-year-old Angus sort of apologized a few days later.
Charlie was ingloriously fired from the show last March, then replaced by Ashton Kutcher, but bounced back and signed a major deal with FX for Anger Management.
If the joke's on someone in all this, it's not Sheen. Or the show.
Seriously, that program is not exactly a laugh riot these days.
