Obama, Romney make Mad's 2012 'dumbest' list

President Obama and Mitt Romney have both been named to Mad Magazine?s list of ?The 20 Dumbest People, Events, and Things of 2012.? Obama finished at number six for his lackluster performance in the first debate. Romney secured the number 2 ranking for his so-called flip-flops.
