Justin Bieber will be on the road until he is almost the ripe old age of 19 and a half. The "Boyfriend" singer announced the 2013 tour dates for his North American "Believe" World Tour Monday, which starts up again on June 22 in San Diego, Calif., and wraps up in Atlanta on August 10.
