"Down Under? has come to Ditmars. The Thirsty Koala, Astoria?s first Australian restaurant, held a soft opening just before Christmas. The restaurant serves an array of modern Australian dishes ? from familiar lamb lollipops, to the more unusual traditional Aussie burger topped with eggs, bacon and pineapple.
