VIEW SLIDESHOW: Share Your Sweets: "Light" Desserts
Dessert doesn't always have to be over-the-top decadent. Especially after a long holiday season of packing in the sugary sweets, we appreciate restrained desserts that celebrate their lighter side. That doesn't mean that they aren't delicious, as proved by your recipes for everything from pumpkin packed cupcakes to vegan chocolate mousse. Click through the slideshow above to see all your "light" desserts.
We're feeling a little tropical, so for next week, send in your favorite recipes starring pineapple, whether it's an upside-down cake, a muffin, or even a dessert-worthy fruit salad. Don't forget to shoot us a photo (along with a link to the recipe!) and we'll include it in the next roundup. Be sure to send it in no later than Tuesday, January 15th so we can include it in the Share Your Sweets on January 17th.
