The Tempe Gateway office building has sold for $66.1 million. The eight-story building was purchased by Parkway Properties of Florida from the Seattle-based owner Vulcan Inc.
The 263,936-square-foot building was built by Opus West in 2009, but then the developer lost the property to bankruptcy.
